Zariman operator armor still not working with operator arcanes?

If I remember correctly, the original patch notes upon the release of PoE contained information about the basic Zariman operator suit not working with the newly introduced operator arcanes (Magus) back then. It still seems to be an issue as my newly acquired set of Magus Vigor won't grant my operator any additional health at all when I put it on the Zariman suit... Will this be fixed anytime soon? I simply don't like the looks of any of the alternative armor sets...
