Sekharas of varying sizes on Deluxe skins

I noticed that when any Sekhara is equipped on both arms of a warframe using a Deluxe skin and the Riv-Elite arm attachments, the Sekhara on the right arm is much smaller than on the left arm. On other attachments while using non-Deluxe skins, the Sekharas are both large. On the Riv-Elite arm attachments while using non-Deluxe skins, the Sekharas are both small.

I only noticed this with the Ki'Teer Sekhara first, but now I'm seeing that it actually affects all of my Sekharas on any Deluxe skin with the Riv-Elite arm attachments.
