KriLL3
Both don't fit in the new grid system, Barracks are larger than a grid tile by about 25% in all dimensions, Greater hall like the larger halls fits 2x but the protrusions to the side stick out of the grid, anyone tried building barracks without short pieces spacing the cross connectors yet? what about the greater hall? can you build next to it? Anyone knows btw compared to say the reactor/dueling room/cross (aka one grid unit) how big the obstacle course is? ie the halls are 2x2 the connectors 1x1 except short which is 0.5x0.5 Really cool that the larger halls have multiple doors though imo the greater could have been 2x2 and had 4 doors one in the middle of each wall. krail9
They haven't made new versions of the labs and barracks yet so they don't fit the new grid system.
KriLL3
Might make it clearer, yeah I re-read release notes and yeah barracks aren't supposed to fit yet, but look at that greater hall top left, notice how the main shape fits the grid, but the wings don't? KriLL3
Anyone tried putting something next to the greater hall yet?
KriLL3
I'm bumping this instead of making a new thread, has anyone tried putting a room next to a greater hall? the side-wings seem to protrude past 2x2.
