Display item settings UI clips outside the screen on Full menu scale

I can't see the bottom of the drop down list.

If I want to see it then I have to change the "Menu scale" UI option to either Legacy or 90%

With 90% it looks like this:

It is very annoying thing to change it everytime I do something like this.

I own a 1440p monitor so if I change it to legacy where I could see the bottom then everything else becomes too small.
