Shui-Yin Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 Right now Dagger type weapons are essentially miniature armor piercing long swords, Which doesn't speak too highly of their position. Which only makes sense, a Dagger won't ever be as good in a straight up fight as a greataxe or even a slightly larger sword. My Proposal is to instead make minor changes that encourage daggers as weapons for creative play and precise take down. If the daggers had largely increased and notable Sneak attack and Ground execute damage, they would gain a niche for themselves. Another suggestion would be to entirely remove the AOE component of their jump attacks and focus entirely on the damage of the direct contact.
