Spark Power Fx?

Ok, so I was watching Crash Course, and I couldn't help but notice something really cool. His Radial Blind, Sound Quake, Ice Wave, Chaos, Mind Control, Absorb, Crush, Pull, Shield Polarize, Blessing, All ember powers, Sonic Boom, and a bunch of other powers left these really cool spark particles behind. Some were even made of these sparks! But mine are just a boring glow :/

Could someone help me enable/unlock these badass sparks for my powers?

Because you probably don't use an Nvidia card, I use an i7 and it doesn't work for me as well.

Imo it's no big deal.

I am almost positive that my A10AMD could run it, but I have to assume that DE has a deal with Nvidia to restrict it.
