Two Bugs I've Noticed, Haven't Checked To See If Already Posted.

The weapon Ignis will toss dropped mats and mods around, across whole rooms and sometimes making them vanish. I'll kill a mob, the mob will drop a mat/mod and while it's falling the Ignis will make the drop freak out and go flying or vanish. The next bug was on a capture mission, I died while capturing the target, which caused the objective to vanish and respective doors wouldn't open, leaving me to abort the mission.

Flux rifle does this too. It makes me smile, but sad to lose materials some times...rarely...
