Warframe Part Drop Rates (Or Lack There Of)

currently i have about 40 hours in this game. I just came back after leaving for 6 months to see that the problem that forced me to leave is still here.  35 of my hours in this game have been trying to get the banshee warframe, and the 7% drop chance to get one blueprint for one part is kinda outrages. I dont know about everyone else but running a single level over 20 times looking for a 7% drop chance gets boring. thats what forced me to leave last time, and thats the highest spot to find it. everywere else is 3%. that is just for a single part, there are still 2 more and they are at 7% and 3% at there bests. come on guys grinding one level for 30+ hours is extremly tedius and there are better more engoyable ways to spend time, i didint even say yet that the warframes are expensive from a shortcut view. its $15 for a non starter warframe and their are even more expensive warframes still there.  the warframe part drop rates need to be more around 25%-45% and a auction house system would alow for people to sell the ones they find that they dont want. there is no reason for this to not happen other than people being to greedy. The game would be better off if it were recouces limmiting you cause you could tell how close you were, rather then being drop limmiting where you have no idea how long you could be grinding to get the thing you want.

7% is not that bad compared to other games drop rate system where most rare parts or items are around 2. Making it 25% and up just ruins the feeling of have something rare (which is is not as I have 6 complete sets for Banshee) or at least makes attempting to get it too simple. Also Banshee is meant to be a random rare drop and not really made to be farmed for. Trading will be added soon but I don't know if you will be able to trade BPs.

I think drop rates should be pseudorandom, which is a system used in Dota (and other games, I'm sure) so that random events are more spread out. I don't know the details, but it makes it so that it's much harder to go on either nothing streaks or lots of drops in a row while not taking out the randomness. Pseudorandomness will make the drop rates the same over time but reduce the frustration and make sure that the drops are more reliable.

You can read more about it here: http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Pseudo-random_distribution

EDIT: Dota uses PRD for single events e.g. the chance to crit on an attack. Drop rates would be more complicated, so maybe PRD wouldn't work, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to say.
