New Secret Void Room?

Im really not sure if this is undiscovered or not, but I havent seen any videos or anything like that. 
I've always known about that entry or door. But never knew how to get up there. 
You can also use Loki or Nova teleporting.
Sorry about rubish quality and stuff. Recording at 10 FPS isnt fun. :I
