epidaleacalamita
Seriously. Could the devs just get to buffing it already? The fact that Armor Piercing is pretty much ESSENTIAL in higher levels due to more than half of all enemies across all factions having gradually increasing resistance combined with how No Return is undeniably awful is pretty much the reason why you're practically required to have an innate AP/Armor Ignore sidearm if you want to have an effective backup weapon especially if you have an ammo-guzzler for a primary. No Return? More like "You'll experience little to No Return even with this mod fully upgraded." And while we're at it, Shocking Touch definitely needs to be buffed. I do not understand how Tenno can fit a more potent electrical charge into a tiny bullet than they can into a big-&#! metal blade.

Shin_Ein
Hmm.. not sure if trolling, or just being facetious. Either way that gave me a pretty good laugh. Cool story bro.
TezeretFoxtrot
sidearms already get +220% damage and 120%+60% multishot (counting also the new mod for who will get it, not me lol) do they really need more attention? i think not if no return being just 30% bothers you, and being forced to use just those 4-5 armor ignore sidearms bothers you welcome to the community, my name is tez and i will be your guide jokes aside, just pick up an armor ignore sidearm and call it a day Edited August 12, 2013 by TezeretFoxtrot
LazyKnight
No-return is bad but it's redeeming quality is it is relatively cheap. I wouldn't be surprised if a new dual function mod replaced No-return at a later date. Edited August 12, 2013 by LazyKnight

Amistyrja
As a Lex slave, I'm pretty pleased with this. But at the same time I'm also wondering where the 120% Armor Piercing damage for Piercing Hit is.

LtZefar
Do we really need to make sidearms more powerful? ._. Right now I think the only side arms worth using are. Lex (I actually hate this gun. Too slow) Acrid Kunai Despair Twin Vipers to some degree due to it's fast fire rate. But Acrid has better DPS than Twin vipers have with the same mods and even increased fire rate. The rest are just there for rank exp. They deal to little damage as base and if you can't get through the enemy armor you won't have fun with the weapon. I think almost every shotgun works because it can beat the armor piercing barrier with over 100%. So they should buff the No return mod in some way or add a new mod with Armor piercing value so that you can stack both of them.

They're ammo dump smg's and the Acrid has nothing on them for the all-of-one-second they take to fire all 28 rounds. Also you forgot the Gremlins. Which can totally be built to be projectile-based Vipers (what I'm doing). And the Akbolto. And the Hikou (don't hate it, friend did fine with them on a T3 defense earlier this week). And kinda ish the single bolto. And the Broncos (all three versions, actually) And the Seer is kinda basically a Lex without the crit build. 3XT3RM1NATUS
Good job on making secondaries OP. Oh look, now our non-AP secondaries can actually deal more damage to enemies at higher level! fatpig84
The new No return makes more guns usable even against level 40+ grineer. That is good news. Sure Acrid/throwing knives/gremlin/boltos get stronger but hey this is a step in the right direction to making other less stellar guns useful. Also, I've been able to kill many things with 30% No return. It's not hard or time consuming.
Vaskadar
I'd have thought they'd buff them to 60%, not 90% D: What about our rifle's piercing hit? It costs more.

Saying that AP was fine at 30% doesn't take into consideration that you could have not even used No-return at all on those weapons you listed and had 100% ability to bypass armor and just stacked raw damage and speed. I only bothered with my No-return on my despair because I had nothing better to stick in the 8th slot. I'd have thought they'd buff them to 60%, not 90% D: What about our rifle's piercing hit? It costs more. Make a topic to but piecing hit and split chamber they are both weakest in their class. Shotguns can get 150% AP Rifles 60% AP Pistols 90% AP Edited August 16, 2013 by LazyKnight
