PoE - Ghoul Plague Bounty 30-50

We were killing stuff just fine and then as you can see in the video below the fight just peters out and nothing happens and the bounty fails. 

Theory 1 is that the mission is just glitchy.    Theory 2 is that it was my fault...    Nekros's Terrorize ability makes enemies run away and maybe a target ran out of the area and then we failed to find him because he was not marked.   Terrorize making ememies run away is a huge issue on other missions also.  Enemies can run to places players can not reach.   I was doing a defense mission and this enemy ran away and hid someplace nobody could reach or shoot at.    Luckily I was able to hit it with terrorize again which made it run back onto the stage.   Soul Punch also sends people flying.    Abilities should knock-DOWN or stun enemies in place instead of knocking them BACK or making them flee an area.     Or with Terrorize enemies that get hit by the ability should NOT be able to leave the range of the ability.   They can run around but not away.

Terrorize is Nekros second best ability in my opinion because it reduces armor and debuffs stuff.  If I had room I would also use the augment that slows them down as well.  I use it alot when things are getting out of control to quickly regain control.
