22.17

Added 3 seconds cooldown to maiming strike and 2-6 seconds cooldown on slide critical chance modifier on rivens based on disposition.

Reach now adds 3m flat range increase on melee weapons instead of 60%.

Primed Reach adds 9m flat range increase on melee weapons instead of 165%.

Range modifier on melee rivens adds 4-12m flat range increase instead of % based on disposition.

UPDATE:

22.17.1 Added 3 seconds cooldown on slide attack(you cannot perform slide attacks while on cooldown / cooldown timer is displayed on HUD). Reverted slide attack cooldown changes on maiming strike and rivens

Nah, they'll nerf CO like they did Chroma make it work as a multiplicative before mods instead of a multiplicative after mods.

Cooldowns are never the answer in a game such as this. So scratch that. 

Flat range increase would look very silly on low range weapons like Daggers, Fists, Sparring etc. They'd be functional, sure, but punching the air and hitting an enemy 5 meters away doesn't exactly screams quality game making.

maiming strike + blood rush + body count is the problem

maiming strike by itself is not that big of a deal, i might even argue that blood rush is the broken one out of the three

So how about we just go ahead and give blood rush the same value as weeping wounds per combo counter?
