Lotus, Why Do You Block My Chat?

I know this has probably been mentioned a lot of times before.  I came here, delving into the UI Feedback forum for the first time evar! (seriously, I never come in here for some reason), because this little annoyance has come back to the forefront of my mind.  This isn't the first time I've thought of this, but it's crept up on me again, and this time I wanted to say something about it.

Why is it that when Lotus or the boss or that guy that runs around with red and black armor talk, their face and text comes up right on top of the chat window?  Can someone please take a few moments to go in there and move that UI element down a little so that it shows up underneath chat instead of directly on top of it?  Thanks :)

You realize you can move the chat window......right?

Actually, yes I do.  But you see, there's a problem with that.  The game doesn't 'save' the location of the chat window.  So, if I go into a mission, move the chat window, leave the mission, join a new one, guess what...the chat window is back in that same spot that Lotus' face just loves to show up in.

Now, should I have to move the chat window every time I join a game, or is it a better idea for DE to simply permanently move the images that pop up when one of the NPCs talks?

Having Lotus, the chat window and the party frame all at the exact same location wasn't a very good idea. Having the ability to move all these elements around and SAVE their location would be awesome. Having the ability to move around ALL screen elements ala modern MMOs would be even more awesome.
