Question:these Event Mods Will They Be Available At Release

as the title would say these event duel mods and the previous ammo mutation mods will they be released into the game as rare drops from somewhere or anything like that? for instance i cant play 2 much and cant really get the wooping high number of points that i will need for all 3 mods but lets say that i want the last 2 mods(shield and HP and the 1 with a chance for more multy shot on pistols) 

 

Will there be any other way to get those?

well i hope that these events are just early  access  to those mods as it would be unfair 2 those who could not play the game at the time or were not geared for it ...

They should be..

Making cosmetic things exclusive is completely understandable.

Making functional mods exclusive is simply wrong.

ya especially the pistol mod... Its so overpowered that it just wouldn't be fair if they kept it for this event only then never appeared again. I'm sure since they are dual stat mods, they will probably appear in nightmare mode as new drops. Also some event rewards can be brought back as rewards for later events. Primed chamber was already said to be coming back in a future event so no worries about that one.
