Adrian87
Hello. I've been having some problems with loadings. First is when i am starting the game. Sometimes i get a black screen when i am starting game (this happens around 1 out of 4 times when starting game), task manager just show game not responding. Second problem i get is loading sometimes just stops. It happens when i start the game or when it loads a mission. At starting game loading stops about 1 of 4 times. At loading missions stops loading more often, somewhere around 1 out of 3 tries. In this case game does not actually freeze, it just stops loading. The loading animation is still running, task manager shows process as running, but with 0% of cpu used. It does take me a few tries to be able to play a mission. Also i should mention that loading does not always stops at the same point. I don't know if its matters but, i also noticed that it never stoped at last third of the loading bar. As a point of reference i took the word "warframe" right above loading bar. it can stop loading anywhere from W so second R, but it never stoped on the last 3 letters AME. I dont know if it's useful but: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 11/29/2012, 21:36:40 Machine name: ADDY-DBE1AF0DFB Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_qfe.120504-1617) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: System manufacturer System Model: System Product Name BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+, MMX, 3DNow (2 CPUs), ~2.6GHz Memory: 2046MB RAM Page File: 1390MB used, 8003MB available Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904) DX Setup Parameters: Not found DxDiag Version: 5.03.2600.5512 32bit Unicode --------------- Display Devices --------------- Card name: ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Aodan
@OP some of those parts are quite old. Not to say the game shouldn't run but here are a few things I noticed: 1. Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, simply it's a dead platform. I would highly recommend finding a newer OS 2. Also pick up a newer graphics card, there are cards out there for 50$ that's better than what you currently run.

Maybe i'm wrong but i think the game should run just fine (i play on low-medium) even with my low specs. That still doesn't explain why it's almost like a random problem. If it was bugging on certain maps or on certain points in loading i would have though it's my pc, but since sometimes loads sometimes does not i don't think its my specs. Thanks for taking time to answer, but i was expecting something more helpful then buy new stuff. I don't really feel the need to explain my financial situation, but that is not a possible solution at the moment.
Wojmistrz
LMAO if Adrian87 have bad speces then what u say about that: Windows XP Professional AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2,4GHZ single core G-Force 9400 GT 1GB 3GB RAM and the game is running from 15 FPS to 90 FPS (in elevator especially :D) so dont S#&$ if some1 who have dual core have bad PC ...... and anyway @OP some of those parts are quite old. 1. i would have windows 7 but my PC is TOO LOW to get that with smooth running.... 2. yea give me money and i will buy better .... not every1 have job or earn money to buy better PC as for example i am ..... anyway i posted on "FREEZE BLACK SCREEN ?! AND CAN'T JOIN ?!" topic that i have same issue that is mentioned there and here in this topic.
[DE]Glen
I suspect it might be related to QueryPerformanceCounter / RDTSC issues on old Athlon processors. See Microsoft support articles: http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;895980 http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=909944 There are two tickets open with similar machines and I'm waiting to hear back the players to confirm this theory; we might be able to work around this but in the mean time it might also be solvable with chipset driver updates.
