Shiroya.
So I recently got a riven for Mewan with 220% damage, 105% crit when sliding, and a -25% attack speed. Seems pretty good, so I wanted to use it Any recommendations on what grip and link I should use?
0 shut
If you're making a slidespam build, I'd strongly recommend getting a --Crit ++Status link. An overwhelming majority of crits will be coming from that Riven alone, and crafting a Zaw with extra crit chance will barely make a difference in damage. It works a bit better on Cyath due to the high Slash ratio, but a hybrid Memeing Strike + Weeping Wounds build (for the juicy crit-boosted slash procs) could potentially be viable on the Mewan. You'll just need to make room for Condition Overload, which is the only mod that'll make the Mewan comparable to Cyath in terms of slash procs. This "making room for Condition Overload" may require you to lose any speed mods, depending on your build. If you find this to be the case, you may want to consider crafting your zaw for pure speed+Status (e.g. Seekalla + Ekwana II Jai) and simply relying on Arcane Strike for speed. Useful site for zaw-planning, by the way: https://semlar.com/zawcalc/538 Edited March 26, 2018 by SortaRandom
0 (PSN)SWAGberg_2012
I’d probably try and counter the speed decrease with the peye grip and a Jai link type if you are gonna make a sword. You can choose either one or do both of them.
