Jandor
Make it happen, also Skana Vandal while we're at it. I've got a thing for matching sets. Braton Vandal, Lato Vandal, Skana Vandal, all wielded by Excalibur Vandal.

Aeshi
How about an 'Excalibur Origin' Warframe that resembles the suit Hayden Tenno gets near the end of Dark Sector? EDIT: Here's a picture, sorry about the low quality: Edited August 12, 2013 by Aeshi

Shion963
<_< (What? We already have his Glaive, and I'm pretty sure one or two of the pistols use parts of his pistol's model in them) It's centuries after Dark Sector. The Glaive isn't the exact same one, it's a weapon type. Warframe isn't Dark Sector, just accept that and move forwards. And Excal Vandal... not so much chance for that. Vandal skin that's applicable for every Warframe would be awesome though.

Actually they are part of the same universe now according to the devs only difference is warframe takes place thousands and thousands of years in the future but if you want you can pretend its hayden tennos glaive. But like you said excalibur vandal or any warframe vandal not going to happen. Maybe a skana vandal that is a possibility

LoopStricken
I do seem to recall from a Livestream that the idea of adding Dark Sector-themed skins was "interesting"...
krisp
We'll see what we get before launch. Probably at least one new Vandal weapon, but I'm not sure if a Vandal warframe is possible.

Maybe a skana vandal that is a possibility The devs said the hayden is the orignal. They. Did. Not. Literally. Mean. To. Say. That. Hayden Tenno. Is. The. First. Warframe. It was more of a loose connection. Saying that they are wrong since anyone who played the game or read the wiki would know that the Nemesis was "First" is just semantics, and nit-picking. Implying a direct connection between Nemesis/Hayden and Warframe's Tenno is at best: hopeful, and at worst: grasping at straws. Steve: Hayden Tenno was in Dark Sector, is that the original Warframe? Steve: Warframe takes place waaaaay beyond that timeframe. Ridiculously. If you can imagine what something like that, that integrates itself with the body, or could be repurposed as technology, this idea of metal that is also alive and changeable and so on, and the way it channels energy... Geoff: I'm getting deja vu from this... sequel talk. Steve: But we talked about... when we talked about a sequel ages ago we're talkiing about takinga big leap forward in time and saying "what were the societal repercussion of this idea" versus "and then he woke up the next day what'd he do?". Brush his teeth, and go kill some people. Geoff: The Infested could also be tied back into... *backwards hand motions* Steve: Absolutely, yeah. There are connections. For the people who have played Dark Sector, and like it and... y'know Yes. The answer to most of your questions is there's absolutely a relation because we tried to make a hardcore sci-fi game, and couldn't get it published and we toned it all down, set it on Earth, made it CIA agents and all these other compromises, but a lot of the ideas that kinda 'leaked in', we're now going back to. We're going back to the well, and that pure essence of bizarre-awesome-warframe-ness. Steve: Hayden is not the Stalker. There is no Stalker. So Warframe is in the same universe as Released Dark Sector. But it is not a direct sequel.
Keltik0ne
I've already levelled up 2 types of Excal, please don't make me do any more :P
XandoCalrissian
Because everyone's gonna LOVE a frame with almost zero color customization. I do admit however that a shiny teal Excali would look pretty cool.
