Can't launch game even though it's installed

So this has started happening recently with the latest update to console. I go to launch the game and it asks me do you own this game or app which I clearly do. I've tried restarting the console, hard reset, and reinstalling the game which doesn't seem to work. The game seems to choose whether it wants to launch or not which is extremely frustrating.
