Room managment bug Dojo

So i was trying to reordinate the dojo deleting some rooms but i encountered a loop in the safety system for destroying room 

This it she higher level , i marked the elevetors , to clarify better the problem. Red ones i want to destroy , blue and green the one i want to keep. Black area are the rooms that can not be destroyed even if they are not needed. Even with the alternative route created those rooms in the black zone requires me to destroy "childrens" rooms , but when childrens rooms are showed it refers to all the Dojo rooms.
