Rhino Stomp Bugged.

When host you do not have to wait to use Rhino Stomp again, you can use it right after the next. When you not host it does not work that way and says skill in use.

U cant use ur stomp while any hostile target is affectet by its slow effect.

Stomp cannot be used until the enemies have either all died, or the slow effect has timed out.

U can do this test your self its not hard... Host a game and you can spam it, Join some ones game and there will be a waiting period even if no enemies around

I know the pain of this all too well. 
 

Most times I'm just stubborn though and sit in the crowd of enemies wailing on me until that "cooldown" runs out.
