PvP weapons improvement

While some such as a Obex with a stance can steal 1st place for someone in last place while others like the Galatine Prime fall off it's high horse. The same can be said for special variant and prime weapons. We get these items only to see they have a minor advantage and disadvantage to regular versions that can be crucial in the long term. There is that; but other types of weapons can use some buffs to be optional too.

I personally believe that weapon variants shouldn't have stat variation (Braton = Braton Prime = Braton Vandal ; Vulkar = Vulkar Wraith; etc etc)
