17 gb manual update

So i just downloaded warframe with the standalone installer and the launcher wants to download a 17gb update, so here is the questions: Any way to download this update manually, since my workplace internet is way better than the internet in my home? If that's not possible, any chance of the devs to make a new standalone installer with the game up to date?
