-263% Damage Riven.

So I saw this riven modifier whilst rerolling my Vasto Riven. What happens when I put it on? 

Does my weapon deal 0 damage? Does it still deal damage? 

Would really be happy about all answers.

Nah, healing the enemies wont work. i tried with my -217% damage akbronco riven, the shots just go through them......

if you have the riven youre in the best position to get the answer
put it on and see if you are healing enemies with bullets

The problem is that I'm an idiot and didn't contain that information in the question. 

I only saw it whilst rerolling, and I wanted to keep my +200% Damage +200% Multishot riven. But I am currently farming kuva for a few new rerolls. Hopefully I get such a low damage stat again.

Try this.
Step 1. Build a - damage weapon
Step 2. Get radiation proc'd
Step 3. Target allies
Step 4. Unlimited heals
Step 5. Profit

On my first reroll I get a - 178%, but it has +226% Slash. 

But ok, either 0 damage or healing, both not really interesting or useful, sooooo, I'll close this.

Damage is capped at 0, so you'll simply deal 0 Damage until any Damage Bonus you add is sufficient to bring your net total above -100% to atleast -99%.

it's the same thing as Hornet Strike, just backwards.
