Mutalist Quanta Spins like a Tornado

After last hotfix my mutalist quanta started spinning randomly in missions. 
Even if i dont fire it or have a different weapon in my hand, weapon spins like hell. A visual bug more likely.
I am not sure if this visual bug works on any cosmetic item put on.
here are the cosmetic items i have on;
Rhino Palatine skin and helmet, Rhino noble animation set, Izvara Syandana, Prisma daedalus chestplate, rest are prisma edo shoulder and knee plates.

Likely a bug tho.

Xandypants and JoeyZero were a riot when they ran into that on stream a few days back. 

The only sad part was they found out it was client side, so the four pink Rhino video idea was dashed :(

I'm still expecting Xandy to come up with a 'I'm Mary Poppins, Y'all' type video about it at some point.

edit: i noticed this bug will happen anywhere after winding up the weapon a little
