Stuck at updating account information sanctuary onslaught

Upon leaving from sanctuary onslaught by not going through the portal, my game gets stuck at the updating account information screen. the exit button does not work and the only way to get out is by forcefully closing the game.

and yes, i lost all my stuff.

I just had the same problem, but if you hit repeat mission it takes you out of he screen and you can keep your stuff.

I stuck with no button at the bottom. Lost all my focus and stuff. It's time to stop playing again.

It happened to me 2 times, but I didn't loose my loot.

same issue, seems to happen after a host leaves halfway through a zone (i.e. not by waiting out the conduit but just quitting)

welp it has already been said several times but i am having the same problem but i thought it had something to do with the fact that our efficiency reached zero at the same time the portal closed.
