(XBOX)Thunderman CPK
Hello, I have manies issues with Warframe on 2 Xbox on the same ISP (only 1 public IP address). In Warframe, I can't invite a friend to join me. At the best, only 1 Xbox can see the other player, launch a invit but an error message tell "The player is offline). All the network test on Xbox is OK : (Internet, Multiplayer and NAT Open) I try with other game (Rocket League and Warhammer Vermintide) without problem. I use PFsense 2.4.3-RELEASE (amd64) ### Firewall / NAT / Outbound Mode : Manual Outbound NAT Interface : WAN Source : Xbox1 (alias for 192.168.0.16) Port Source : any Destination : any Port Destination : anay NAT Address : WAN NAT Port : any Static Port : YES Interface : WAN Source : Xbox2 (alias for 192.168.0.17) Port Source : any Destination : any Port Destination : anay NAT Address : WAN NAT Port : any Static Port : YES ### Services / UPnP & NAT-PMP - Enable UPnP & NAT-PMP - Allow UPnP Port Mapping - Allow NAT-PMP Port Mapping - External Interface : WAN - Interface : LAN + loopback - ACL Entries : allow 1-65535 192.168.0.16 1-65535 - ACL Entries : allow 1-65535 192.168.0.17 1-65535 ### System / Advanced / Firewall & NAT - NAT Reflection mode for port forwards : Pure NAT - Enable NAT Reflection for 1:1 NAT - Enable automatic outbound NAT for Reflection ### Firewall / NAT / Port Forward Nothing, because I activate UPnP Actually, I must use the bad ISP-box only for Warframe ;-) Regards, Aym
(XBOX)DJFARG0
a few years back and was able to fix it with one Xbox (DMZ"D) outside routing table, static IP and the other in the route table with specific port forwarding and also static IP. Im sure I have notes somewhere ill do some digging and check back. Based on your notes it seems like you are comfortable with the port tables and plowing through your router, there is a rather large security risk with DMZ connections as they are naked by default and exposed to all sorts of unwanted traffic but hey its a console and im sure you are not banking or accessing your 401k from there. (XBOX)Thunderman CPK
Hi, Thanks for your reply. I don't want to use DMZ for Xbox. Warframe seems to have a particular network-level behavior.
(XBOX)O Cheeky 1
My son and I have separate consoles and unable to play warframe together- various time outs or instant failures. Even worse, invites sent to me appear in his game and vise versa. If I try to invite him, i get the invite saying (my gamer tag) has invited you to a game. which, upon accepting says the invite is for a different account and to log in (or something meaning the same) We have no issues playing ark survival or ROBLOX etc together. Each console has it's own unique LAN IP but share WAN IP.
(XBOX)Thunderman CPK
Hello, I did a full reinstall pfsense, with the maximum permission fot the 2 Xbox One. ### Firewall / NAT / Outbound Select Mode : Manual Outbound NAT Interface : WAN Source : any Port Source : any Destination : any Port Destination : any NAT Address : WAN NAT Port : any Check Static Port ### Services / UPnP & NAT-PMP - Check : Enable UPnP & NAT-PMP - Check : Allow UPnP Port Mapping - Check : Allow NAT-PMP Port Mapping - External Interface : WAN - Interface : LAN + loopback ### Firewall / Rules / LAN Protocol : IPv4+6 All the rest : ANY ### Firewall / Rules / WAN 2 rules for each XboxOne (first rule Xbox IP is destination and second this is the source) XboxOne1 192.168.0.16 - XboxOne2 192.168.0.17 Protocol : IPv4 Source : any Port : any Destination : 192.168.0.16 (XboxOne1) Port : any Gateway : any Protocol : IPv4 Source : 192.168.0.16 (XboxOne1) Port : any Destination : any Port : any Gateway : any ### System / Advanced / Firewall & NAT - NAT Reflection mode for port forwards : Pure NAT - Check : automatic outbound NAT for Reflection ### Firewall / NAT / Port Forward Nothing, because I activate UPnP It's works for Xbox Live test (in configuration -> network) and games (rocket league) instead of Warframe !! I get the same error when I invite (the player is offline...) in Warframe menu Regards.
