Screen freezing at launch

Hello! These are my computer specs:

• i7-770k
• Strix GTX 1080 Ti OC
• 2 x 8 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM
• Corsair RM750i PSU
• MSI Tomahawk MoBo
• 500 GB SSD
• 1 TB HD

This is a pc I built on my own, about 8 to 9 months ago. Ever since a couple of months back, I've been experiencing screen freeze at launch. It's most consistent when launching Warframe but seldom happened also to Overwatch, which led me to suspect it wasn't a software related problem. Unfortunately, I don't have other memory chips or psus to test this hypothesis, but Overwatch is working fine. These freezes don't happen during gameplay, only during launch of Warframe. I have tested disabling NVIDIA PhysX, disabling GeForce Experience Share, but nothing worked. My computer has a 240Hz, and so as a general rule, I always tune down settings to the greatest FPS possible.

I don't know what else to do... I'm considering refunding my psu and buying another one, but I'm not sure that will solve the issue. If there's anything I can do to try and solve this issue, please let me know and I'll do everything at my reach.
