Imgur will not work & actually posting the picture in this post does not work either. Once in this state no powers can be used, nor can you switch to your operator. Going to the next zone removes only the VFX. Falling out of the map to be respawned does nothing. Only dying fixes the problem with your powers, but gives you another problem. The game still thinks your operator is in the portal so you are moving at that super slow speed & can't reenter your frame until the kid gets blasted back in.
