What happened to Archwing weapon part drops?

Was checking the warframe.wikia recently, thinking to farm some Archwing weapon parts to continue on my mastery.
Until I noticed there isn't any drop locations on the Archwing nodes (except Phaedra Receiver apparently), other then buying the parts from Syndicates.

Is this really the only way to get parts now, by doing Syndicates and trading for them?

Yep, they changed it a while back, you’re only able to get them from buying them from the syndicates or for trading for them.

Except for the Imperator Vandal, yes.  All parts are now in syndicates (even the Phaedra Receiver).

The recommended methodology here is to get the parts you need from your own two or three syndicates, then get the other parts by swapping with an opposite syndicate buddy. 

You need at least one buddy in opposite syndicates for stuff-swapping - used to be called trading before everything went to platinum buy/sell. It actually works really well.
