Empty Clan Question

A bit of a hypothetical since I've been pondering this more for technical thought than actual reality.

What happens if a clan has everyone including the Warlord leave if that's possible? Like they make a clan, build the dojo then after a while everyone leaves and the Warlord then decides to join another clan. What happens to the previous clan dojo? Does it sort of remain but can't be accessed and all the materials contributed are staying there or if the Warlord could somehow get back in the clan they made but left would it just be like nothing happened?

I believe the entire Clan is 'deleted' when the last person leaves, since you are able to use the same Clan-name again after that. That would mean the entire Dojo is deleted as well.
