If i were on your place, i'd try using unstuck (which you did), tried pressing esc twice, tried pressing Q and doing any emote).

But ye, itr would've been frustrating if this happened at wave 7 or 15.

There are other similar bugs I have gotten where I cannot use skills.  If I find a pit and jump in or die, sometimes it fixes.  Other times it allows skill use, but only in frame form.  The operator can't dash, cast, etc.

You are also in slow motion and can't use any skill (which is going back into the frame). The slow motion is only on you. Everything else is as fast as ever. Oh and you are invincible so you can't even die to reset. You have to Alt+F4
