I was doing Titania, just killed Regor and he dropped an Ash Systems.

 

 

When my roommate first started playing way back in Closed Beta, he got Ash Systems in two runs and they were his first blueprint to drop too. so yey rng

When I farmed Ash, I had to do ~5 runs to get everything.

When I farmed Ash his Helmet was mislabeled "Systems". So by the time I decided to look at my foundry I could build 3 Ashes

I dunno what to tell people when I see things like this. Common sense would dictate that a boss that drops 3 components for a single item would have a 33% chance to drop any given component when it drops something. This doesn't seem to be the case. I always say I don't understand why DE doesn't just give everything the same drop chance, instead of sticking one of them at 4% or something absurd like that. In fact, many people say they don't understand it.

 

We all really understand why it is that these things occur, however.

 

 

DE wants to make more money.

I got all 3 parts in about 4 runs I think. Every other encounter with RNG has been pretty typical though.

 How does "DE wants to make more money." fit into this? You are farming for blueprints and getting them for free. How is DE making any money off of that?

Make drop rates poopy so you get annoyed and just buy the whole thing.

best RNG i encounter is kril dropping "zero" BP for 10+ run straight~

ash was always the first frame i farmed :3 bfore and after reset and both took me less then 10 runs

 

but i needed nearly 350h gametime to get my split chamber

Rng for me is farming illiad more than 30+ but still haven't gotten a single miter blade/chasis.

You have no idea how much I had to farm the old Lech Kril for Frost parts...
