Theory Time! (Warframes and Cephalons)

So I had this theory today-

When a Cephalon is made, the mind of a subject is torn apart and the desired traits needed to create a servant "AI" are harvested, leaving everything else in a husk.  These husks were initially discarded as trash left over from the process.  But after a while Ballas likely noticed that there were instincts and raw aggression left over in the husk.  Subjecting these husks to a controlled infestation and crafting literally a frame for war around it in the process.  They still have the ability to feel pain and agony, they lash out in berserk rage against anything they can.  The whole program was nearly at the brink of destruction, when another impossible program nearing destruction was introduced.  The Tenno were exposed on accident to the Warframes, the husks were raging in a facility where they came upon Tenno in transit.  The Warframe has ceased its rampage and became dormant.  Whether they perceived the Tenno as innocent, or as a kindred tortured experiment, or the raw void energy deadened the pain, they yielded to them.  This led to the Tenno being placed into a sleep state and linked with a Warframe.  Both entities were then trained as a singular warrior by a harsh and extreme regimen by Dax Soldiers.  They acted as our teachers and guides.

Occasionally a person of value will be presented before the Orokin court.  There were a few "rewards" that could be given to these individuals.  One was kuva, probably with the intent of inhabiting that body, another was Cephalonization.  During this as said above, desired traits were taken from the mind of the individual and placed in an internet-like container.  They would have just enough mind to perform tasks.  The Orokin did not trust pure AI, instead relying on human minds pruned into shapes that were specific to a cause and unable to veer from that course or evolve in any substantial way.

If this is the case then Ordan Karris' husk was likely made into a Warframe.
