A BP could be sold at the highest level of Ostron Standing, and be usable only during the day. Once used, it would allow for a reduced chance of enemy encounter for the next 10 minutes. As for the lore, let's say you're buying information on enemy patrols patterns from the same informants that gives Konzu all those tidbits that leads to Bounties. Be nice to not have to depend on a specific warframe and ability to avoid issues. BTW I killed a grineer by throwing my spear into his thingy. Kind of forgot I was hold the spear.
