Does arcanes stack up?

etc etc etc do they stack up with teammates? do they have unlimited radius so all teammates gets the buff or do they only work on yourself? or both?

Arcane Enhancements are not shared with teammates. They do not have radius as they only give benefits to yourself.

Auras are shared, stack, and have unlimited radius.

Are you talking about Arcane enhancement like Arcane Grace etc? I'm unsure because I'm not aware that there's an Arcane that give + range to abilities. In any case Arcanes only work on yourself "Edit: Exception of what mentioned below". Having two of the same Arcane equipped will only have it effect stacked if both of them triggers at the same time, since they activate individually. Example: Having two Arcane Guardian won't make the effect 40% chance for 1200 armor for 40 sec, but you have a chance of getting 1200 armor if both of them triggers.

Actually, there are a couple of arcanbe enhancements which do benefit and affect your teammates, like Energize and Pulse.

If an arcane's effect "changes" with its ranks, the chances for activation will be independent and stack additively. An effect changes if the duration or magnitude of the effect changes with rank. Most arcanes are like this. If an arcane's effect doesn't change with its ranks, the activation chance will stack additively and the effect itself will not change.
