Broken artemis bow glitch. (Ivara)

While playing Ivara I have found a serious bug that has happened about 10-15 times while doing missions, it is downright crippling.
I'm not 100% sure how exactly this happens but I have narrowed it down to a few factors that creates this bug.

Have a huras kubrow with the stalk mod equipped during a mission.
Have the kubrow activate stealth.
While under the kubrow's stealth activate artemis bow.
Shoot the bow.

This creates a bug where I am stuck in artemis bow mode forever, but with using my primary instead of Ivara's exalted bow.(I use the default starter bow) During this time I cannot deactivate the artemis bow, use my melee, activate any of my other abilites, or switch my weapon off of primary. I also do not consume energy while shooting my bow primary and it only shoots 1 arrow with the stats of my primary. I assume that if my primary is not a bow it would instead be stuck with the selected primary and work as usual, or the glitch may not activate at all.

This bug is horrible when being used in a round for it restricts Ivara to whatever may be her primary, as well as disables her abilities.
I have not tested this with any other primary, or if it fixes if you die and revive.

On a side note I'd like to mention that Ivara's head sometimes vanishes and then reappears when the kubrows stealth is activated. Client side only according to my friend.
