Actually it has a sliiiiight cone, making you able to shoot a few enemies at once since you're shooting between'em. It's not that hard to check it out during the defence missions as well as you'll check your accuracy in the end of the game. My usual stat is 150-160% accuracy with Ignis, and a bit more than 200% if I'm using some kind of penetrate mods.
