Impulse Gun

Have you guys seen firefighter IFEX 3000 (Real Life) in action? It looks like some kind of shotgun with explosive ammunition.

I feel like it could be a great addition in game. Let's see, here's my idea:

- It's a weapon that would release a cone-shaped blast in front of player. The blast would reach around 7 to 10 m (might be enhanced by Firestorm mod), but could take out a cluster of bunched up enemies altogether.
- Following the IFEX 3000 that uses water as ammunition, the weapon would instead use quick-freezing nitro, causing cold damage.
- The weapon have magazine size of 1 (inspired by RL-ver). The trigger is instantaneous. Reloading take 2 or 3 seconds.
- Upgrading uses Shotgun mods (but Firestorm can be used for reason above).
