How about a gang or horde of the new skate npc (think that's what they are called) surrounding a Tenno who is either looking badass with a sword out or is quaking in fear at the approaching terror of the armless and altogether harmless scourge of the Tenno galaxy that is the skate.


Or any of the cool panoramic views from the new tile sets with a jetpack grineer and eviserator and all his saw blades bouncing about withl ike a mini sandstorm in the background (kind of a sandstorm twister)

I got a good pic of the new Grineer Settlement. Just imagine you and the other Warframes in your lobby all standing out on a ledge, looking out into the pretty distance. In this screen shot, this is what having 2 people in the lobby would look like. If there was 4, then imagine there are 2 extra Warframes standing there.

I'm a bit unclear on if we need to post a screenshot or if we can just describe what we're thinking of. I'll just go with a description for now since that's what most seem to be doing.

 

A corpus enemy in the shock pose, getting struck by several (at least three) of Vauban's Tesla balls at the same time from different directions.

Title: Duel of honour.

Note:No picture yet will add one soon.
Description: using rule of thirds in photography, central area between the 2 is clear of dstraction. Also allows room to see Diorama as middle of the screen is not hiding anything interesting.

Bottom left frame, focus on your warframe, in terms of depth he is closer to the screen. he is slide meleeing in the direction of the enemy.

Top right frame, focus is on Grineer Scorpion, in terms of depth she is further away.

Both characters are on the same elevation but the camera is placed for a more dynamic pose looking slightly up while being a little above the elevation they are fighting at.

Please make one where Ash, or Saryn are being chased by a swarm of Infested Dogs!!! That's my only current idea, not enough infesteds in those screens! It would be awesome, to have the frames look frantic and overwhelmed by a corridor that's overflowing with infesteds. That would be awesome. Thanks DE!

how do you add images to a forum post and i just realised whilst taking screen shots in game that when i press the normal screen shot button for steam (f12) it doesnt take a screen shot and doesnt open the screen shot uploader when you leave the game so i would have more submissions but they didnt save.

A small group of Tenno stand in front of their dojo lab, where a holographic image/blueprint of a research weapon (DE's choice) is being displayed, obviously being researched.

Here's my idea:

 

Saryn is surrounded by both Grineer and Corpus. 

 

On the left side you see the Corpus, on the right side you see Grineer. on the Corpus side you will see some normal Crewman, Elite Crewman, Shield Ospreys, Corpus Tech, some normal MOAs and maybe a Fusion MOA Drone, while on the Grineer side you will see some Grineer Lancers, Elite Lancers, Heavy Gunner, Scorch, Eviscerator, 2 Helleons and a Bombard. 

 

Saryn is holding one of the Tenno akimbos (maybe even the Akvastos?), aiming them towards the 2 groups. Saryn will also be energized, just like this:

 

 

Either Hemlock or Chlora helmet too. 

 

Other idea will be Ember standing in the middle of a crowd full of Grineer, getting burned by WoF and Fire Blast, while she's standing in an awesome position.

Obvious suggestion (probably already mentioned) ahead:

 

Particular warframe stylized diorama using currently selected warframe as basis, i.e. played Loki before quitting the game last time, Loki based diorama in rotation.

 

Also talking about dioramas, how about using them for loading screens instead of the now already boring the same one.

I present to you, for your consideration,  and in commemoration of the Arid Fear victory, my idea for a diorama:  In the Shadow Lies a Locust

 

Note that although there are multiple screenshots, they all pertain to a single idea.

I couldn't quite get the perfect screenshot, but these should give you an idea of the position of the Ash and the Grineer Lancer.  Basically, my idea is for an Ash quietly stalking his prey in a desert outpost.  The setting should be mostly dim, with artificial instead of natural lighting, ideally in a narrow passageway.  The Ash will be positioned in the middle of the shadow of the Lancer immediately before he delivers a fatal attack with his glaive (other weapons may fit as well, but I like the glaive personally)

 

Also note that the glow effect should NOT be present (I think this was due to my glaive having a fire elemental mod on it), as the diorama is supposed to be quite dim, and the Ash should be positioned in the darkest part of the diorama instead of emitting a light of his own (however, if you feel it would make Ash, the subject of the diorama, more noticeable, then it might be advantageous for him to glow anyway).

 

As for the colors and other customization options of the Ash present, I was hoping that they could remain mostly the same as they are in the screenshots.  The title for the diorama is based off of Ash's locust helmet, which is my personal favorite of Ash's helmets, so that would be the most important thing to leave unchanged (although admittedly I could live with a default Ash helm, I don't really think the Scorpion helmet would fit though).  The color scheme is one I've seen on multiple Ashes and I think it looks great on him, so I don't think there's a need for a change there.  The weapons this Ash is using could potentially be my own (from the screenshots) as well, as this makes the Ash seem suited to specialist tactics like sniping and assassinating.  Again, I personally like the glaive but if there is another weapon you think would fit better, feel free to use it.  And one more thing about the customization (though it's somewhat obvious):  no emblems should be present.  I didn't take them off before I went into the mission, but I don't think they'd fit in the final diorama because it makes the Ash too specific (he would be MY Ash instead of AN Ash).  Of course all of these are subject to change if needed, it would simply be preferable to me personally if the Ash looked as mine does in the picture, as I did customize him to make him look, in my opinion, quite cool.

 

Another quick note:  I like the lighting with the screenshot where Ash is just about to assassinate the Heavy Gunner the best, but I feel like Ash should be assassinating a Lancer or other light/medium Grineer in the actual diorama, since that would be more practical (after all, who can one-shot a level 43 Heavy Gunner with a glaive?).

 

The lighting in the screenshot with the crouching Grineer is good as well, and I like the background especially, even if it's not in a narrow room.  However, I want to point out that the Grineer should be walking or standing, as that makes him look completely unaware of his assassin.

 

And a quick question as well:  will we be notified personally throughout the process of selecting diorama ideas if our diorama is being reviewed, considered, or picked as a temporary choice, or will you go over the entire thread once it's locked and make all your decisions then and there?

 

Lastly, thank you for reading my post (I know it was quite a long one), and may the best diorama win (well, the best three, but whatever, you get the idea)!

A group of Grineer crouch down in a corner of the Galleon, the day was rough, the mining machines that were supposed to be shipped to them weeks ago had been destroyed by the blasted Tenno, the three grumbled to each other, muttering over a game of Dice, arguing over their bets, complaining about their shifts. Unfortunately their game wouldn't last long. Ash clung to a shadowed wall, watching the game, waiting for the Signal, Banshee crouched in a nearby stairwell, aiming her Paris bow with delicate care, Loki leaned over the group from the corner, invisible, flicking the dice occasionally, as if warning the Grineer with a string of foul luck, and in the distance the signal came, a roar, as Thino charged through a steel door, crashing towards the Grineer, poor fools. They should have left the dice, and kept their weapons closer at hand...not that it would have helped.
