Bug Report - Player Not In A Session

 I would like to report an issue that has come to happen a few times and I know after reading some post I am not the only one.

 

 From time to time, my clanmates can't join my game session for some reason (probably those on my friend list won't be able as well, but I have not tried). I know this issue has been reported several times, but they give pretty much no other information other than that.

 

 So here is a little extra info. Of all the times we got that problem, most of the times what my clanmates get once I send them the invitations is a couple of pop-up messages, one saying "please wait" after accepting the box at the bottom of the screen, and then an "unable to join session". Those are what my clanmates see after I send them an invitation. However, if they try to go the other way around and go and join my session they get a message at the bottom of the contact list saying that I am not currently on a session ("Friend not currently in a game session"). This happens if I actually am on a session (already looking at a planet) and even if I am playing a mission.

 

 Another extra info. When my clanmate decided to go play solo while I was writing this, another message popped out. This message appeared on the clan chat of my clanmate and is from the system. There were two different messages, the first one saying "Failed to connect to chat server: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. ERROR 10054"  and the second one stating "Failed to connect to chat server: a connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. ERROR 10060". After checking my own clan chat, I discovered that I had the first message as well and right next to it, a second one saying "Failed to connect to chat server: Disconnected".

 

 Perhaps this had something to do with me trying to create the game sessions right away after connecting to the game itself. Maybe it is actually related to people on the clan and not those really on the friend list... Or those who are on both lists (I have my clanmates on my friend list as well, and they do so too)...

 

 Hopefully this helps to pinpoint the problem.
