Players Joining Even Teams

I see a problem with how filling up teams (in team-based Conclave matches) goes along in Conclave and it puts Moon at a slight disadvantage since Sun is always preferred to get the extra player when teams are even, and a player joins. It'd be nice to have this randomized if there were even teams beforehand. Waiting for more players to fill a lobby and having a 1v1 or 2v2 (and less so in larger games) and having a player indefinitely to be slapped on Sun rather than Moon really shifts the balance of the game, and it always feels bad knowing you're on Moon and there's a high chance teams will be uneven in favor of Sun if teams are even beforehand.
