Artifact Disappears And Takes Dot

I was doing the Ponaturi alert mission for Aurora Frost Helmet BP, and on wave 8 or so the artifact disappeared in the middle of combat and began taking about 1% of HP damage each second even though there were no enemies around it. Not sure if it glitched into the floor, or an enemy glitched into the floor with it and damaged it; I have no idea what happened but we lost and didn't get the helmet :(

 

I dunno if one of our frames glitched it, or one of the enemies did, or what. The only frame I remember was there was Frost Prime, but he only had Snow Globe. I was using Trinity but hadn't used any abilities so far, so I have no idea what happened.
