N64Gamefreak Posted June 9, 2018 Share Posted June 9, 2018 I just completed Sortie 3 with a group of randoms. There was another Octavia who cast their Metronome ability first at the start of the mission: for the rest of the mission, I was unable to get my own Metronome movement speed buff unless I was within range of their Metronome.
