ZephyrPrime
Zephyr's 3 and 4, before the Sacrifice, used to not lock her in place while casting. She felt incredibly smooth and fast this way. It's been reverted with absolutely no mention of it in the patch notes.
WingedCrusade
As somebody who plays Zephyr more than most of my arsenal I’ll have to check this out when I’m on next.
BlazingStorm95
she looked better that way.
GermAntibody
It is a nerf, they considered her too OP. Our options are either losing some of her power, or having to deal with a cast animation. This has also happened with Saryn.

So basically OP is considered as "not getting one shot by enemies while casting an ability"? Ok then...

Ok then... Strategy. This change means you have to strategically pick your time and place to cast, you can't just do it anywhere/anytime or you might mess up your roll. You can do it, just use your brain. It sucks, but yes, being able to just slide around and keep doing whatever else while casting powers is OP, whether you're being salty about it or not, buddy. You think I liked my Saryn having to stop what she's doing to molt? No. It happened because she was too OP. Again, it's just a limitation that introduces some more strategy to her instead of being able to play her like a blunt instrument. Be glad they nerfed her that way instead of actually taking the power out of her attacks. that would have been the other option... and you would have liked it even less.
