Mod Capacity Problem

Everything is forma as you see it. But I can not use this mode in any way. There seems to be a problem with mod capacity calculations. 
(Sorry i can little speak english.)

There is no problem with "mod capacity calculations" here, umbral mods aren't meant to be easy to equip on other warframes. You'll have to give up or lower the level of something else if you want to fit it, honestly you don't need 425 power when you already have max efficiency.

On most Frames that's true, Mesa though can burn through Energy pretty darn fast.

(I'd rather question the need for that much Strength, just regular Intensify is enough
for max Shatter Shield protection and for Peacemaker to shred stuff up to Sortie levels, possibly beyond.)

But yeah, unless we get the ability to add W (?) Polarities in the future, those Mods kind of aren't supposed to be easy to use.
