ArcaneTome Posted June 17, 2018 Share Posted June 17, 2018 I noticed this on Io while farming and it seems that occasionally a basic MOA will spawn at the chosen one, destined to defy it's Lex Prime overlord. Basically every round is considered a miss, there is no chance that it could miss, hits other things just fine, but that one MOA. It seems to only happen occasionally with a single MOA and only with the Lex Prime as far as I've tested, other weapons and abilities quash their rebellion just fine.
