Cursor Issues

This is unbelievable how I can play this game and have the cursor just disappear from the game completely leaving me unable to click on anything.

Menus become unresponsive where I can't change tabs between loadouts.

I can't click on a link more than once without having to reset the game because it won't register. 

The medication menu having infinite zoom so a slight flick of the thumbstick takes you out into Oblivion.

For the love of god fix this S#&$.

The first 14 seconds are me trying to use RB and LB to change my configuration and it defaulting to changing the mod selections.  At the 14 second mark, I place the cursor on the config that I want and press the button only to have it jump off the config and do nothing.  The only way I could get it to work was to put the cursor on the configuration I wanted, press the D-pad, then select it with the button, which is what happens at the end of the video.
