Joining into a stranger's dojo and bugged void fissure

Joining into a void fissure alone with public matchmaking on led me to load into another player's dojo for a couple seconds before loading me into the void fissure mission. During the mission, once I collected 10 reactant none of my items were granted the corrupted buff. At the end of 5 rounds of defence at the reward select screen, only one reward was available and it was acting as if only the one person was able to get 10 reactant. When I extracted, I was loaded into another player's dojo (I am assuming it is the same dojo as the last time) in the observatory in front of the mission select terminal. I have the EE log from this session available if it is needed.
