Nova's antimatter drop cannot be charged in limbo's cataclysm

As title says, you cannot charge it in Limbo's cataclysm. Before Limbo's recent change I thought it wasnt working because of statis but now that allies weapons arent affected by it you should be able to charge it in the bubble. Unless this is intended but that wouldnt make sense.

It is charging, but if u shoot few time before u cast antimatter drop in the same direction, it will slowly charge.

But it is bugged.
