MobiusReality Posted June 22, 2018 Share Posted June 22, 2018 The blueprint for Dual Ether is marked as Mastery Locked in the Market. The info screen shows both the Plat and Blueprint purchase options but after selecting the Blueprint option, instead of the Purchase Blueprint button I am getting "Mastery Locked".
